Currently, due to the techlical nature of our service, we are only accepting signups via telephone and email. However, our service is very fast to set up once we have all of your information. Service is typically set up and ready to use within 24 hours.

FIRST: We need to know a few details about your setup.

Before you call or email us to establish service, please prepare the following information:

  1. The MAC Address for your computer.
    Yes, even Windows and Linux computers have a MAC Address. If you do not know your MAC address, please follow our MAC Address How-To in order to obtain it.
  2. Which service area is your primary service area?
    Please refer to the Service Availability section of our website to determine you primary service area.
  3. Your computer's Operating System and Hardware Specifications.
    Example: Windows Vista, IBM ThinkPad T30, Intel Pentium 4-M (1.8 GHz), 512MB RAM, 40GB Hard Drive, available PCI slot
    Please check our System Recommendations to make sure your computer is compatible with our service.
