Q: Why can't I get a good signal strength?

A: You need at least 4 out of 5 bars showing for good signal strength. If you are mobile, say in a boat, you may be able to move closer to the access point. Otherwise, it may necessary to install a long range bridge. See our map for access point locations.

Q: I have internet service but some of my network services are not working.

A: If you have basic email service and it's working properly but you have VPN or other special internet services, you may have to contact Stagecoach Wireless regarding configuration issues.

Q: I show 4 bars but cannot connect to the internet.

A: Make sure your firewall is properly configured.

Q: Should I disable my firewall?

A: Never.
